Kelsey Costa, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in integrative and functional nutrition.
With a background in English and advanced research literacy, she has merged her expertise to become a respected voice in nutrition and health media.
Kelsey provides impactful nutrition consulting as a writer, reviewer, and professional media representative for leading brands and organizations.
She is also the founder of Dietitian Insights, an online collaborative publication for registered dietitians.
Dietitian and mother, Kelsey cares about what goes on her little one’s body as much as what goes in it. That’s why she recently launched a pure cotton apparel line, affectionately named Nurtured Cotton Co.
Soft-launching to the public with a curated selection of toddler tees, the line will expand to kids’ and adults’ styles. Expect natural fibers, nutrition‑inspired designs, and mindful sourcing.
